FAQ

The short answers

Does my phone support eSIM?

You need an eSIM-capable phone that is not carrier-locked. Check in Settings under “Cellular” or “SIM”.

Can I keep my own SIM?

Yes. X Call provides mobile internet; your main SIM stays for calls and SMS.

What if I run out of data?

Top up in the app. If the same eSIM cannot be topped up, we warn you in advance that a new one is needed.

Do family members have to sign up?

No. A family profile is created from a name.

Can I call regular phone numbers?

No. Calls are between X Call users.

Where do I get the app?
